• Each workout begins with a short warm up, takes you through a sequence of static and dynamic stretching poses and ends with a short cool down.

• In the first workout, we deconstruct the primary yoga poses and start to lengthen muscles throughout the body.

• We then progressively improve flexibility and range of motion in the calves & hamstrings, spine, hips & hip flexors, quads, abs & obliques.

• We learn all the basic yoga poses including sun salutations.
